This parent company to such iconic brands as Henredon, Hickory Chair, Maitland-Smith, and Pearson, had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy relief in Auugut 2018.
With between $100 and $500 million in both assets and liabilities, the company had undergone major restructuring including the sale of Lane Furniture.
The company converted to Chapter 7 in March of this year.
