Representative Case

Monitor Company Group Limited Partnership, LLC

The bankruptcy of Monitor Co. Group LP had been converted to Chapter 7 in August 2013 after its $116.2 million sale to rival Deloitte Consulting LLP. Citing an industrywide downturn and the poor global economy, Monitor filed for Chapter 11 in November 2012 listing combined assets of roughly $202 million and total liabilities of $200 million.

The case is In re: Monitor Co. Group LP et al., case number 1:12-bk-13042, in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
