GF Health Products, Inc. was one of the world's leading manufacturers of medical products, with 300 US-based employees, marketing various internationally recognized brands.
In 1999, Graham Field Health Products, Inc. and its related entities ("Graham Field Health Products") filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 99-04457. The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 case and Alfred T. Giuliano was appointed as Trustee to wind down the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Graham Field Health Products in March 2010.
